Rewards Genius Help Center

Our Help Center contains how-to guides and articles covering everything from funding your account to sending your first order. A few common questions are addressed below.

You can fund via credit card for a 3.5% processing fee or you can send Tango Card an ACH, wire, or physical check. For more specifics, check out our funding articles.

You can send rewards out on the standard Tango Card template if you’re in a hurry, but otherwise Rewards Genius lets you customize your reward email template(s)—including subject line, messaging, banner image, and more! View our guide for step-by-step instructions.

Companies use Rewards Genius to send rewards and incentives in the form of e-gift cards to employees, partners, customers, and more.

E-gift cards have been proven to be the most enjoyable and reliable employee and customer rewards. They’re also the most effective way to incentivize individuals to participate in programs, such as making referrals or participating in market research. The complete process—from signing up for Rewards Genius to sending your first reward—can take less than a week in most cases. You’ll hear from us within three days of signing up. Once you’ve received your invitation to Rewards Genius, we suggest funding your account as a first step so you can send rewards sooner.

E-gift cards are purchased at face value. For example, a $25 e-gift card ordered through Rewards Genius costs $25.

For security purposes, we only work with companies at present. This means you’ll need a federal tax ID to sign up.
