Rewards Genius For Salesforce Now On Salesforce AppExchange
We’re excited to announced our newest product offering: Rewards Genius for Salesforce, a free, digital gift-card app available on the Salesforce AppExchange. With this launch, Tango Card adds to a roster of key integrations with services like Qualtrics and Zapier—all as part of our ongoing mission to make it easier for organizations to send e-gift cards as rewards and incentives.
Send Rewards and Incentives Directly from Salesforce
Available for download within the Salesforce AppExchange, Rewards Genius for Salesforce enables users on the Salesforce sales and service clouds to send rewards and incentives directly from their Salesforce instance. Sales, marketing, and customer-support professionals stand to benefit the most from this new application because they can now automatically send e-gift cards as part of any workflow that touches Salesforce.
“Most companies today use a powerful CRM platform like Salesforce, and 90% of these companies also use rewards and incentives to drive business results. There’s been one glaring issue, however: Sending rewards and incentives has to be done outside of Salesforce in what has typically been a disjointed and manual process that creates more work for marketing, sales, and customer-support teams,” said David Leeds, CEO and founder of Tango Card.
“We wanted to solve this problem by creating a simple, easy-to-use app that allows teams to send the rewards and incentives they already send in a seamless, integrated, and efficient way. This was the driver behind our app and fits perfectly with our mission to make rewards and incentives easy to send for businesses of all sizes.”
Prospect Incentives, Customer Appreciation, And More
Beyond enabling Salesforce users to set up manual and automatic workflows for sending e-gift cards, the app comes with access to Rewards Genius, our self-serve portal. Within the Rewards Genius dashboard, users gain even more usability from the app with the ability to fund accounts, view past order history, and resend e-gift cards that may have originally gone to a faulty email address.
“Launching Rewards Genius for Salesforce marks a big step forward in making rewards easier to send,” said Elliott White, Tango Card’s director of product management. “Most companies reward customers and prospects in some capacity, which makes integrating with a CRM a natural fit for us—and Salesforce is the obvious choice in the space. We’re already collaborating on creative solutions for seamlessly integrated rewards and incentives programs and can’t wait to see what other ideas our customers come up with.”
Customers are also able to use the app to send e-gift cards for far-reaching reasons, including:
Customer service make-rights and rebates
Internal sales incentives
A Welcome Addition
“Rewards Genius for Salesforce is a welcome addition to AppExchange, as it powers digital transformation for customers by enabling them to send e-gift cards automatically and directly from Salesforce,” said Woodson Martin, GM of Salesforce AppExchange. “AppExchange is constantly evolving to enable our partners to build cutting-edge solutions to drive customer success.”
